RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with rule 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, notice is hereby given that Mr Kofi Fordwor, non-executive
director of Rare, has resigned as non-executive director of Rare with
effect from 1 October 2007 due to him having recently relocated to China.
The board wishes to thank Mr Fordwor for his contribution and wishes him
well for the future.
