SALE OF TRANSALLOYS DIVISION
Shareholders are referred to the Announcement published on 18 July 2007 where
shareholders were advised that Highveld had entered into a sale and purchase
agreement with Island House Trading 86 (Proprietary) Limited, a subsidiary in
the Renova Group of Companies for the sale of Highveld`s Transalloys Division.
Shareholders are informed that all conditions precedent referred to in the
mentioned announcement have been met, that both parties have fulfilled their
obligations and the transaction has thus been concluded. The effective date
remains 1 July 2007.
