Shareholders of UCS are referred to the announcement dated 2 August 2007 and the
circular to shareholders dated 28 August 2007 ("the circular") regarding the
proposed unbundling of the shares in ARgility Limited ("ARgility") (previously
Rendalyn Trading Limited), a wholly-owned subsidiary of UCS, by way of a
distribution in specie.
In the circular, shareholders were advised that a book building exercise will be
conducted on the distribution of the ARgility shares. The book building exercise
will undertake to identify potential sellers and match them with identified
buyers.
Subsequent to the book building exercise, shareholders who hold script in
ARgility will be placed on a platform from 1 November 2007 which will enable a
shareholder to continue to trade on an "over the counter" basis.
ARgility shareholders who intend on buying ARgility shares or selling ARgility
shares currently held by them are requested to indicate their intention to buy
or sell by contacting the following persons at Barnard Jacobs Mellet Securities

Based on the supply and demand on ARgility shares in the book building exercise,
a price per ARgility share will be released on SENS on or about Friday, 19
