Declaration of Dividend
The Directors of Comair have resolved to declare a dividend (Dividend No.
9) of 9c (nine cents) per share (prior year 7c (seven cents)) to all
shareholders.
The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the
dividend will be Friday, 26 October 2007. The shares will commence trading
ex the dividend from Monday, 29 October 2007 and the record date is Friday,
2 November 2007.
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between
Monday, 29 October 2007 and Friday, 2 November 2007, both days included.
The dividend payment will be made on Monday, 5 November 2007.
