APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
It is with pleasure that Metorex announces the appointment of Mr. George A
Forrest to its Board, effective 27 September 2007. Mr Forrest is President of
the George Forrest Group of companies , which hold substantial interests in
the DRC. The Forrest Group of companies have been operating in the DRC since
the early 1900`s, and have created a broad spectrum of successful businesses
providing services to the commercial and mining industries within the
country. The Forrest Group association with the Metorex Group will create a
mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship.
Mr Forrest brings to the Metorex Group a depth of knowledge and experience,
and we look forward to his advice and guidance in the future.
