WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 3 September 2007 wherein the
terms of an agreement with Jonah Capital to form a joint venture company, Jonah
Coal, were disclosed.
Subsequent to the announcement, the terms of the agreement have been amended to
exclude the loan by Schamin to Jonah Coal, and a fair and reasonable opinion is
no longer required. The transaction is now deemed to be finalised and
accordingly, the cautionary announcement is now withdrawn.
