Results Of Private Placing And Listing Of AFRICAN BRICK CENTRE On The
Alternative Exchange Of The JSE Limited
PRIVATE PLACING
PSG Capital (Proprietary) Limited is authorised to announce that in terms of the
private placing of shares in African Brick Centre, as detailed in the Abridged
Prospectus published on the Securities Exchange News Service on 1 October 2007,
in the press on 2 October 2007 and in the Prospectus dated 2 October 2007, 100
000 000 shares at a price of 100 cents per share were placed with select
investors ("the private placing"). The private placing was substantially
oversubscribed.
LISTING OF AFRICAN BRICK CENTRE
As the required public shareholder spread has been achieved pursuant to the
private placing, the listing of the issued ordinary shares of African Brick
Centre on the Alternative Exchange ("ALTX") of the JSE Limited has become
unconditional. Accordingly, 320 000 000 ordinary shares in the share capital of
African Brick Centre will be listed on ALTX from the commencement of trade on
Monday, 8 October 2007. The shares will trade under the abbreviated name
"Afbrick", with share code "ABK" and ISIN ZAE000105169.
