RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING OF m CUBED SHAREHOLDERS
m Cubed shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 21 September 2007
and are advised that all the resolutions tabled at the general meeting of m
Cubed shareholders held today were approved by the requisite majority of
shareholders entitled to vote thereon, thus fulfilling the only resolutive
condition in terms of the reinsurance agreement.
