CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Corwil hereby ratify and announce, following
the approval of shareholders at the annual general meeting which was held on
Friday, 24 August 2007, the appointments of Mr Nathan Lindsay Hittler ("Nathan")
and Mr Gugulethu Givenson Xaba ("Gugu") as directors of the company, with effect
from 13 July 2007.
Nathan has almost 10 years of financial/investment administration services
experience with, amongst others, Southern Life and RMB Asset Management. He is
a director of a number of private companies and the founder of Thusanang
Investments (an unincorporated broad based, black owned and managed entity) and
INVEZ Limited (RZT ZELPY 5197 (Pty) Ltd), a broad based, black owned and managed
entity, whose primary shareholders represent a consortium of black JSE Limited
shareholders, who are also members of the JSE Black Retention Scheme Option
Holders Forum.
Gugu is currently National Quality Manager at Transtel, with responsibility for
Quality Management, Quality Assurance and Document Management Activities. He
has also been part of the team responsible for setting up the operational side
of NEOTEL/SNO. Gugu is a director and co-founder of Harvesters of Chicken
Supplies Limited, Akisa Resources (Pty) Ltd and Inqaba Holdings (Pty) Ltd.
Following their appointment the board of directors comprise the following:
