DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON PSG GROUP LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("PSGIDA")
With reference to the interim dividend announcement on 9 October 2007, the
Directors of PSG Group Limited have declared an interim dividend of 32.5 cents
per ordinary share, payable on Monday, 5 November 2007 to ordinary shareholders
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 2
November 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, PSGIDA,
will receive a PSG Group Limited interim dividend of 32.5 cents per security
payable on Monday, 5 November 2007 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated
in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day
to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be
Friday, 26 October 2007.
PSGIDA Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 29 October 2007, and the record date
will be Friday, 2 November 2007.
