JK Shelters transaction - Competition Commission Clearance
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 5 September 2007 where the
requisite majority votes approved the acquisition of 100% of the ordinary shares
in and all shareholders claims against JK Shelters (Pty) Limited from Jose
Carlos Da Santa Clara and Margeretha Louisa Christina Kruger ("JK Shelters
transaction").
Shareholders are hereby notified that the final condition precedent to the JK
Shelters transaction has been satisfied, namely the unconditional approval of
the transaction by the Competition Commission authorities.
Accordingly the board of ACTOWERS announces that the JK Shelters transaction is
now unconditional in all respects.
