CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
Johan du Toit (Chief Financial Officer) has resigned as an executive director of
Kelly, with effect from 31 December 2007, but will remain on the company`s board
as a non-executive director.
Lisa Warwick has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, however this
is a non-directorship position.
Announcing this, chief executive Grenville Wilson said Ms Warwick had been
selected for this key position in the Kelly executive team on account of her
high level of technical competence, her strong people skills and her
understanding of the staffing services industry.
