RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Thabex herewith announces that all the ordinary resolutions and the special
resolution proposed at the annual general meeting held on 10 October 2007 were
approved by the requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolution will
be submitted to the Registrar of Companies for registration in due course.
