Management, that following the sale of 750,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each
("Shares") on 1 October 2007 they now hold a notifiable interest in 19,957,644
Shares, representing 6.20% of the total voting rights of the Company. These
Shares are registered under Euroclear Nominees.
