POSTPONEMENT OF LISTING OF NEWSA PARTICIPATORY INTERESTS
The NewSA Index Portfolio ("NewSA") in the Newfunds Collective Investment Scheme
in Securities ("NewFunds") registered as such in terms of the Collective
Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002, managed by NewFunds (Proprietary)
Limited (the "Manager")
Investors are referred to the announcement dated 13 September 2007 and advised
that the Manager has decided to postpone the listing of the NewSA participatory
interests in the NewSA Index Portfolio (the "listing") until further notice.
Accordingly, revised salient dates and times in respect of the listing will be
published on SENS at the appropriate time.
