DELAY IN RELEASE OF YEAR END RESULTS AND POSTPONEMENT OF RIGHTS OFFER
Further to the announcement dated on 28 September 2007, the Board of Directors
of Top Fix wish to advise shareholders that the audit for the Company`s
financial year ended 30 June 2007 is still in progress and that the results will
be announced as soon as the audit is completed.
Top Fix also wishes to advise shareholders that the proposed rights offer,
details of which were announced on 13 September 2007, has been postponed until
such time as the audit has been completed. Further information pertaining to the
rights offer will be published in due course.
