Shareholders are referred to the detailed announcement dated 30 August 2007 in
which it was advised that Dialogue had acquired a 51% interest in CallForce
Direct subject to certain conditions precedent. Shareholders are hereby notified
that all the conditions precedent for the acquisition have been fulfilled.
