RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of iFour shareholders ("annual general meeting") was
held at 10:00 on Tuesday, 16 October 2007. All the resolutions as set out in the
notice of annual general meeting were approved by the requisite majorities. The
special resolution will be sent to CIPRO for registration in due course.
