The board of directors wish to advise shareholders that an agreement has been
entered into between Calulo Resources (Pty) Ltd ("Calulo"), who is majority
shareholders in Absolute and Mr Jan Jonathan Serfontein ("Jan"), a non
executive director of the company to purchase Jan`s shareholding and thereby
increasing his shareholding in Calulo.
In compliance with rules 3.63 - 3.74 of the JSE Listing Requirements, the
