RECONSTITUTION OF THE PANGBOURNE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND WITHDRAWAL OF NOTICE OF
GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
Subsidiaries of Resilient and Diversified requisitioned a general meeting,
called for Friday, 26 October 2007, to consider proposals to reconstitute the
Pangbourne board.
After consultation with Resilient and Diversified, the board of Pangbourne has
been reconstituted as follows with immediate effect:

Craig McLaren Hutchison (Chief Executive Officer)

Messrs P L Campbell, J G Gibbon, C K Hickling and D J Kennedy, being non-
executive directors, and W J Midgley, being an executive director, resigned from
the Board with effect from 17 October 2007.
Accordingly, Pangbourne combined unitholders are hereby advised that the notice
of the general meeting called for Friday, 26 October 2007 is hereby withdrawn.
