TRADING STATEMENT AND WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), companies
are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that
a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results of the
period to be reported upon will differ by 20% or more from the financial
results of the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that the Company is currently finalising its interim
results for the six months ended 31 August 2007 and that the Company`s
earnings and headline earnings per share for the period ended 31 August 2007
are expected to increase by between 35% and 45% over that of the previous
corresponding period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not
been reviewed or reported on by the Company`s auditors.
The Unaudited Interim Financial Results for the six months ended 31 August
2007 are expected to be published on SENS by the end of November 2007.
With reference to the Cautionary Announcement released on SENS on 25 September
2007, shareholders are advised that the Cautionary is no longer required and
has been withdrawn.
