CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised of the following changes to the board of
directors:
Mr Neil Mark Anderson ("Mark") has been appointed as an alternate director to
Mr AC Nissen and Mr E Dube with immediate effect. Mark is a Chartered
Accountant and an executive director of Vunani Limited.
The role and responsibilities of Mr Alon Taylor have changed from executive to
non-executive director with effect from 1 October 2007 and he will now consult
to and advise the Company on corporate finance matters in an advisory
capacity.
