Results of book building exercise of ARgility Limited shares
Shareholders of UCS are referred to the announcement dated 3 October 2007
whereby shareholders were advised that a book building exercise would be
conducted on the distribution of the ARgility Limited (previously Rendalyn
Trading Limited) ("ARgility") shares.
UCS is pleased to announce that the book building exercise was completed on 17
October 2007. The price per ARgility share, as determined by the book building
exercise, is R 4-00 per share.
Accordingly, shareholders who now hold script in ARgility, will be able to trade
through an "over the counter" platform from 1 November 2007.
