AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CALL WARRANTS RELATING TO THE
ORDINARY SHARES OF ARCELORMITTAL SA LTD
Following the announcement by the board of Arcelormittal SA Limited (ACL)
whereby ACL declared a special dividend of 404c, Absa Bank Ltd (the Issuer) will
amend the conditions of the warrants listed below in the following way.
