shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have been
posted on RMBH`s website (www.rmbh.co.za) and will be distributed to
shareholders on 31 October 2007 and contain no modifications to the audited
results which were published on SENS on 19 September 2007.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 20th annual general meeting of RMBH
shareholders will be held at 9:00 on Friday 30 November 2007 in the
Executive Boardroom, 4th Floor, 4 Merchant Place, Corner Fredman Drive and
Rivonia Road, Sandton to transact the business as stated in the annual
general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
