REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the second (2nd) annual general meeting of the unitholders of Makalani held
today, 22 October 2007, the requisite majority of unitholders approved all the
ordinary resolutions and the two special resolutions proposed at the meeting.
The two special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the Registrar
of Companies in due course.
