DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON OLD MUTUAL PLC ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("OMLIDB")
The Directors of Old Mutual Plc have declared an interim dividend announcement
of 2.30 pence per ordinary share, an equivalent in ZAR of 31.79 cents per share,
payable on Friday, 30 November 2007 to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the
books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 9 November 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, OMLIDB,
will receive an Old Mutual Plc interim dividend of 31.79 cents per security
payable on Friday, 30 November 2007 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated
in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day
to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be
Friday, 2 November 2007.
OMLIDB Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 5 November 2007, and the record date
will be Friday, 9 November 2007.
