MITTAL STEEL SOUTH AFRICA LTD WARRANT NOTICE
Holders of the Warrants below are referred to the notice to shareholders of
Mittal Steel South Africa Ltd, regarding the Mittal Steel South Africa Ltd name
change to Arcelormittal SA Limted (ACL) and the capital reduction.
Due to the capital reduction on MLA (ex capital reduction date: 22/10/2007) and
the name change to ACL, the following changes to the ISIN Code, strike and cover
ratio for the below MLA warrants have been made.
Deutsche Bank AG will make the following adjustments to the terms and conditions
of the Warrant below:
