Trading statement
Shareholders are advised that the group`s interim earnings per share
and headline earnings per share, for the period to 31 August 2007 are
expected to be between 80% and 120% higher than that of the previous
period, 31 August 2006, as published in the pre-listing statement
dated 30 November 2006.
The difference is due to better than expected trading conditions as
well as the increased footprint of the Group.

or audited by the company`s external auditors. SUL`s interim results
for the six months ended 30 August 2007 are expected to be published
on Monday, 29 October 2007.
