SALIENT DATES AND TIMES OF THE PROPOSED BEE TRANSACTION
Redefine linked unitholders are referred to the previous announcement dated 11
October 2007 in relation to the proposed Black Economic Empowerment ("BEE")
transaction (the "BEE transaction") in terms of which 80 million Redefine linked
units (constituting just under 10% of the current issued linked units in
Redefine) are to be issued to a selection of strategic and broad-based BEE
parties.
Redefine linked unitholders are advised that a circular containing details of
the BEE transaction and including notices of general meeting of Redefine
shareholders and Redefine debenture holders was issued on Tuesday, 23 October
2007.
The salient dates and times for the proposed corporate action are as follows:

general meeting of Redefine shareholders by 10h00

Notes:
If the Redefine shareholders` meeting referred to above is not concluded or
adjourned by 10h15, then the Redefine debenture holders` meeting will commence
as soon as the Redefine shareholders meeting is concluded or adjourned.
