CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
linked unitholders are advised of the following changes to the board of
directors effective 1 November 2007. Mr. Trurman Zuma has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director, Mr. Jacques Johannes van Wyk has resigned
from the board and Mr. Andries de Lange has been appointed as financial
director.
