In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited we hereby
advise that the Company`s annual financial statements for the year ended 30
June 2007, contained within the annual report 2007, were issued on 25 October
2007. An abridged report will not be published as the information contained in
the preliminary report dated 3 September 2007 is unchanged.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the members of
African Rainbow Minerals Limited in respect of the year ended 30 June 2007
will be held at the InterContinental Sandton Sun & Towers, Jacaranda Room,
Corner Fifth Street and Alice Lane, Sandton, on Friday, 23 November 2007 at
