RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")
Matodzi shareholders are advised that at the AGM held on Thursday, 25 October
2007 all statutory resolutions and special resolution number 1, as set out in
the notice of AGM were approved by Matodzi shareholders representing 76.68% of
the issued share capital of the Company, present or represented by proxy. The
special resolution will be registered with the Companies Intellectual and
Property Registration Office in due course.
