POSTING OF EXCELLERATE`S ANNUAL REPORT AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Excellerate`s audited annual results for the year ended 30 June
2007, published on 19 September 2007, the annual report was posted today. The
annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Excellerate will be held at 14:00
on Thursday, 15 November 2007 at 1st floor, Atholl Square, Corner Katherine
Street & Wierda Road East, Sandown, Sandton to transact the business as stated
in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
