shareholders are advised that Ms Shereen Vally-Kara has been appointed as
company secretary for Wilson Bayly Holmes - Ovcon Limited with immediate effect.
Mr Michael Fraser Simpson, who was the previous company secretary, will remain
as an executive focusing on the property portfolio.
