UPDATE ON ACQUISITION OF CENTURION GLASS AND ALLUMINIUM
1. INTRODUCTION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 10 October 2007 in
which it was announced that subject to the fulfilment of certain
conditions, Safic has purchased all the issued shares in and the
shareholders claims against Silver Falcon Trading 12 (Proprietary)
Limited, trading as Centurion Glass and Aluminium (Proprietary) Limited
("CGA").
Shareholders are advised that Safic has completed a due diligence
investigation to its satisfaction and certain of the conditions precedent
have been fulfilled.
The remaining condition precedent to which the acquisition remains
subject to is Competition Commission approval.
2. FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders will be notified once the proposed acquisition has become
unconditional.
