RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of Comair held
today, all resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders
save for item number 6 regarding the general authority to issue shares for cash
which was withdrawn prior to voting.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
