Unitholders are advised that the salient dates for interest distribution no. 30
in respect of the period 1 June 2007 to 31 August 2007 are as follows:

Linked units trade ex interest Monday, 12 November
Record date Friday, 16 November
Payment of interest distribution no. 30 Monday, 19 November
Unitholders may not dematerialise or re-materialise their linked units between
Monday, 12 November 2007 and Friday, 16 November 2007, both days inclusive.
The amount of the distribution will be set out in the audited results for the
year ended 31 August 2007 which will be released on SENS on Monday, 29 October
2007.
