DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON SATRIX 40 HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("STIXIHA")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of SATRIX 40
(STX40) have declared a dividend of 11.76 cents per ordinary share and
10.50 cents in respect of other income per ordinary share to ordinary
shareholders, recorded in the books of the company at the close of
business on Friday, 28 September 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
STXIHA, will receive a SATRIX 40 dividend of 11.76 cents per security and
10.50 cents in respect of other income per security on Friday, 26 October
2007, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement
between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade
("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be
Thursday, 20 September 2007.
STXIHA Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the
dividend from the commencement of business on Friday, 21 September 2007,
and the record date will be Friday, 28 September 2007.
