RESULTS OF THE RIGHTS OFFER
The directors of Hospitality are pleased to announce the results of the rights
offer of 15 903 352 A linked units ("new A linked units") at R12.86 per A
linked unit and 15 903 352 B linked units ("new B linked units") at R18.58 per
B linked unit.
Subscriptions and applications were received for 12 908 547 new A linked
units, representing 81.2% of the new A linked units offered in terms of the
rights offer. Coronation Asset Managers (Proprietary) Limited, the underwriter
in respect of the rights offer A linked units and its nominees will subscribe
for the balance of 2 994 805 new A linked units offered in terms of the rights
offer.
Subscriptions and applications were received for 15 871 539 new B linked
units, representing 99.8% of the new B linked units offered in terms of the
rights offer. Sanlam Investment Management, a division of Sanlam Life
Insurance Limited, the underwriter in respect of the rights offer B linked
units and its nominees will subscribe for the balance of 31 813 new B linked
units offered in terms of the rights offer.
On Monday 29 October 2007:
* dematerialised linked unitholders will have their CSDP or broker accounts
credited with the new linked units subscribed for in terms of the rights
offer; and
* linked unit certificates in respect of the new linked units subscribed
for in terms of the rights offer will be posted to certificated linked
unitholders.
