Highveld announces that at its meeting held on 26 October 2007, the Board of
Directors of Highveld, in which Evraz Group S.A. ("Evraz") is a major
shareholder, has approved the appointment of Giacomo Baizini and Pavel
Tatyanin as Non-executive Directors of the Corporation effective immediately.
Mr Baizini currently holds the position of Vice President of Product and
Resource Management, Evraz.
Mr Tatyanin currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Corporate
and Chief Financial Officer, Evraz.
