In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
information regarding the annual report and annual general meeting is set
out below.
Annual report
Further to AOE`s reviewed results for the year ended 30 June 2007, published
on 13 September 2007, the annual report was posted on Friday, 26 October
2007. The annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned
published reviewed results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of AOE will be held immediately
after the annual general meeting of Rex Trueform Clothing Company Limited
(which will be held at 09h00) on Wednesday, 21 November 2007 in the
boardroom, Rex Buildings, 263 Victoria Road, Salt River, Cape Town, to
transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting
forming part of the annual report.
