Further to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 20 September 2007 and
in the press on 21 September 2007 shareholders are advised that Kelly Group is
still in negotiations which, if successfully concluded may have a material
effect on the price of the company`s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are
advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the company`s securities
until a detailed announcement is made.
