RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the ordinary resolution relating to the
general issue of shares for cash was withdrawn. All other resolutions were
passed by the requisite majority of shareholders at the annual general
meeting held today, 31 October 2007. The special resolution will be lodged
with the Registrar of Companies for registration, in due course.
