Shareholders are advised that the audited Annual Financial Statements of the
company for the year ended 30 June 2007 were posted on Friday, 26 October
2007. There have been no changes to the audited financial results as
published on Wednesday, 11 September 2007.
The AGM of the company will be held at Sasfin Place, 13 - 15 Scott Street,
Waverley, Johannesburg on Wednesday, 28 November 2007 at 14h00. The notice of
the meeting is contained in the abovementioned Annual Financial Statements.
