Announcement regarding the trading of ARgility Limited shares on an "over the
counter" trading platform as of 1 November 2007
Shareholders of UCS are referred to the announcement dated 19 October 2007
whereby shareholders were advised that ARgility Limited ("ARgility")
shareholders, will be able to trade on an "over the counter" ("OTC") platform
from 1 November 2007.
ARgility shareholders are accordingly advised that the platform has been
launched and they will be able to trade as from today. ARgility shareholders
and interested parties are requested to contact any of the following brokers
