CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with section 3.59 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited ("JSE"), confirmation of Mr. Sello Mashao Rasethaba`s resignation
as Chief Executive Officer, a Director, and the Public Officer of the
Matodzi Group with effective from the close of business on 30 October 2007,
is given.
In addition, in compliance with section 3.59 (c) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE, notification is hereby given that Mr. Andile
Reeves Nkhulu, the Chief Operating Officer of Matodzi has been appointed
Public Officer of the Matodzi Group with effect from 31 October 2007.
The board expresses its appreciation for the commitment and contribution
that Mr. Rasethaba has made during his tenure.
