RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all the ordinary resolutions and the special
resolution were duly passed by the requisite majority votes.
The special resolutions regarding the granting of a general authority to the
directors to repurchase the company`s shares, the increase in authorized share
capital and the amendment to the Articles of Association to create non-
convertible redeemable preference share were adopted and will be lodged with the
Registrar of Companies in due course.
