DECLARED DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON FOUNTAINHEAD PROPERTY TRUST ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("FPTIDB")
With reference to the distribution announcement on 1 November 2007, the
Directors of Fountainhead Property Trust have declared a distribution of 21.52
cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 26 November 2007 to ordinary
shareholders recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on
Friday, 23 November 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, FPTIDB,
will receive a Fountainhead Property Trust distribution of 21.52 cents per
security on Monday, 26 November 2007. The last day to trade ("cum" the
dividend) in order to participate in the distribution will be Friday, 16
November 2007.
FPTIDB Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the
distribution from the commencement of business on Monday, 19 November 2007,
and the record date will be Friday, 23 November 2007.
