NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual financial statements for
the year ended 30 June 2007 were posted to shareholders and contain no
modifications to the audited results which were published on 25 September
2007. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the results and the annual financial
statements of Kagiso Media and their reports are available for inspection at
the registered offices of the company.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
The notice of annual general meeting will be posted to shareholders on 2
November 2007 and notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
the company will be held at 14:00 on Friday, 23 November 2007, in Kagiso
House, first floor, 16 Fricker Road, Illovo Boulevard, Illovo, Johannesburg to
transact business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
